HEP offer the following cleaning services:

  • Daily Contractual Cleaning
  • Post / Pre Occupation Cleaning

HEP removes the hassle of Human Resources, Industrial Relations, ordering and stocking of the correct / approved cleaning chemicals and owning and maintaining cleaning equipment.

We provide outsourced cleaning teams on a permanent basis for your commercial or residential building.

HEP’s carefully selected staff is trained in accordance with specialized tasks resulting in the best possible service quality.

HEP Cleaning Services offers owner supervision and daily inspections

HEP ensures that all the latest products are evaluated and only the best and most cost effective chemicals are used.

HEP ensures that you will always have cleaning staff on site. No more staffing headaches! This will allow you to concentrate on your core business.
Health and Safety are top priorities for HEP. We only use approved cleaning materials and equipment, and staff are trained. There is no cross contamination for example between cleaning consumables used in bathrooms and then the same consumables being used in kitchens.

Checklists are used to ensure that no parts are missed or forgotten. Each contract / site is tailed to clients’ specific needs.

The following checklist is an example of a daily cleaning contract at a residential apartment block.

Cleaning Schedules

The following is to be done daily:

  • Entrance area to be swept and washed
  • All bins (if situated elsewhere) to be emptied to bin area
  • All walkways to be swept daily
  • Outside toilet / restroom to be washed
  • Any pot plants to be watered by hand
  • All security gates and doors to be kept locked at all times and wiped down
  • Any litter / rubbish lying in garden / walkways / entrance to be disposed of
  • Report any maintenance issues including lights out, broken doors / gates

The following is to be done on Refuse Days:

  • Bins to be put out timeously for council to collect
  • Wash the bin area out
  • Wash empty bins and return them to refuse area

The following is to be done on a continuous basis to ensure a standard of cleanliness:

  • All walkways to be washed once a week
  • All steps and railings to be washed once a week
  • Any doors and / or windows not part of an apartment to be washed / cleaned once a week
  • All light fittings and lights to be checked and cleaned once a week
  • Driveway and parking areas and walkways to be kept free of rubbish and weeded

Please Note:

  • No gardens to be weeded, maintained or watered
  • No persons to be allowed onto the premises. Any visitors need to contact the tenant directly.
  • Do not offer to pass on tenant queries – all tenants with issues / problems are to contact the office directly.
  • Only office supplied cleaning materials / consumables to be used.
